“The Book of Mormon” musical pokes not so gentle fun at the Mormon religion.

So does “Jesus Christ Superstar” and “Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”.

Yet no one has been burning down theaters or embassies.

But imagine the Muslim faith getting similar treatment. Say: “The Book of Allah”.

We all know that no theater would dare show it for fear of protests and worse.

Why don’t we care about the feelings of Mormons, Christians and Jews but do about those of Muslims?
